The mission of Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is to strengthen and support community organizations and public interest institutions of Pakistan for the benefit of poor and disadvantaged sections of society for sustainable development through a participatory approach.

SPO works nationwide out of seventeen offices and its work includes community-centered capacity building of community based organizations, women organizations and local body institutions at the grassroots, civil society network strengthening, providing access to basic education and social sector project support to its partners. SPO has trained community groups from all districts of the country and has worked in 77 districts across four provinces and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

5.  Finance and Admin Assistant (Neelum)

7. Cook/Office Attendant (Bagh)
