Total No of Bedding Kits for Swat = 1040
The first delivery of the above mentioned items will be required to charsadda and swat within 5 days after the issuance of Purchase order. This assignment must be completed within 15 days period.
Penalty will be charged if the delivery is not made within a stipulated time.
Last date of submission of proposal along with samples and a Bank draft of 5% of the total amount in favor of SPO is August 24, 2010 at 1100 hrs.
