The mission of Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is to strengthen and support community organizations and public interest institutions of Pakistan for the benefit of poor and disadvantaged sections of society for sustainable development through a participatory approach. SPO works nationwide out of seventeen permanent and project offices and has capacitated more than 3000 community organizations and local body institutions, 56 rights-based civil society networks and provided training services to other UN, governmental and non-governmental organizations.
