Cal for Proposals
SPO
seeks proposals from organization/consultant having proven
experience in the field of micro credit and enterprise
development. The assignment also demands experience in
developing/documenting profiles and business plans for 150
Extremely Vulnerable Individuals (EVIs) of district Muzaffarabad,
AJK. The interested organization/consultant is requested to
submit sealed proposal taking into consideration the following
tasks to be undertaken:

Development of EVI Profiles (The
individual profiles must include market, financial, social and
technical feasibilities);

Development of micro-enterprise
training modules (based on five skills determined through EVI
profiles);

Creating market linkages; and
-
Facilitation of grant disbursement
and development of tracking/monitoring mechanism.
The
detailed
Terms of Reference is attached. The proposal should accompany
work sample, consultant profile or organization profile and resumes
of staff to be engaged. The assignment should be completed within
a period of above two months starting from 20th October to 31st
December 2008. Logistical support would be the responsibility of
SPO Muzaffarabad Office.
The proposal (both technical and financial) should be sent to the
Chairperson, Procurement Committee before 1700 hrs on Wednesday, 15th
October 2008 at SPO, House 429, Street 11, Sector F-10/2, Islamabad.
